class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>C&rsquo;est en mesurant la pression art\u00e9rielle que l&rsquo;on peut savoir s&rsquo;il existe une hypertension.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;hypertension art\u00e9rielle est d\u00e9finie comme une <b>augmentation de pression dans les art\u00e8res,<\/b> au del\u00e0 d&rsquo;une valeur de 140 mm de mercure pour la pression art\u00e9rielle systolique (la maximale) et\/ou de 90 mm de mercure pour la pression art\u00e9rielle diastolique (la minimale).<\/p>\n<p>Donc deux chiffres \u00e0 retenir : 14 pour le maxima (1er chiffre) et 9 pour le second chiffre (minima).<\/p>\n<p>Selon la Haute Autorit\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 (HAS), chez tout hypertendu, l&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;obtenir une Pression art\u00e9rielle <b>&lt;140\/90mmhg.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a00b6ca e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" \/><b>L&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de poids, l&rsquo;abus de sel, le tabagisme, l&rsquo;alcool, une mauvaise hygi\u00e8ne alimentaire, la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 <\/b>sont autant de facteurs de risques aggravant ou favorisant l&rsquo;hypertension art\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Si L&rsquo;hypertension n&rsquo;est pas soign\u00e9e, elle favorise apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es des maladies graves et handicapantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;hypertension art\u00e9rielle constitue un <b>facteur de risque cardiovasculaire majeur<\/b> potentiellement responsable de la survenue d&rsquo;un accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral, (AVC), d&rsquo;un infarctus du myocarde, d&rsquo;une insuffisance cardiaque, d&rsquo;une insuffisance r\u00e9nale ou d&rsquo;une autre maladie art\u00e9rielle (pour en savoir plus voir le site <a atteintes.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;hypertension art\u00e9rielle est une maladie fr\u00e9quente et tr\u00e8s souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><b>C&rsquo;est donc un v\u00e9ritable probl\u00e8me de p\u00e2tisseries, sucreries diverses, aliments et cuissons grasses (fritures \u2026), bannir les boissons sucr\u00e9es et alcoolis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II- Surveiller :<\/strong><br>La consommation de pain et\/ou de f\u00e9culents : privil\u00e9giez les petites quantit\u00e9s, \u00e0 chaque repas, le fromages : un morceau ( 30g ) par jour, les Huiles vari\u00e9es ( colza, olive, ma\u00efs, tournesol, soja\u2026) et beurre : pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer les petites quantit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III- Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les poissons, volailles (sans la peau), viandes et charcuterie (jambon) maigres<\/li>\n<li>Les produits laitiers nature et all\u00e9g\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Les L\u00e9gumes crus et\/ou cuits \u00e0 chaque repas, 2 fruits chaque jour<\/li>\n<li>Le th\u00e9, le caf\u00e9 l\u00e9ger, les bouillons de l\u00e9gumes, les jus de fruits sans sucre ajout\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;eau est la seule boisson indispensable ; il est recommand\u00e9 de boire 1.5l \u00e0 2l par jour pour hydrater l&rsquo;organisme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IV- Contr\u00f4ler ses apports en sel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On le trouve \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat naturel dans un grand nombre d&rsquo;aliments et on en rajoute en cuisine sous forme de sel.<br>Tous les plats cuisin\u00e9s, tous les aliments fum\u00e9s ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9s, les p\u00e2tisseries du commerce, tous les sodas et autres boissons gazeuses contiennent du sel.<br>les apports alimentaires d\u00e9passent donc toujours les besoins de l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Or, on sait qu&rsquo;une alimentation trop riche en sodium favorise l&rsquo;hypertension chez les personnes pr\u00e9sentant une \u00a0\u00bb sensibilit\u00e9 au sel \u00ab\u00a0. Une restriction sod\u00e9e pourra donc \u00eatre prescrite par le m\u00e9decin en fonction des cas.<\/p>\n<p>Attention \u00e0 certains sels de remplacement ( ou \u00a0\u00bb de r\u00e9gime \u00a0\u00bb ) qui ne contiennent pas de sodium, mais sont contre-indiqu\u00e9s dans certains cas (insuffisance r\u00e9nale.).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;AFSSA ( Agence Fran\u00e7aise de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sanitaire des Aliments ) \u00e9tudie avec les industriels de l&rsquo;agro-alimentaire la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une r\u00e9duction progressive de la teneur en sel des aliments transform\u00e9s (produits de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, charcuteries &#8211; salaisons &#8211; conserves de viande, potages, fromages, plats cuisin\u00e9s \u2026.\u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd26e33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
